Staying with us Safely
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Crown Inn. The safety of our Guests and team members is incredibly important to us, and we continue to carefully study the latest government guidance and legislation to familiarise ourselves with how this affects our pub, restaurant and hotel guests.
We continue tocarry out rigorous cleaning regimes to make sure that your stay with us is safe and enjoyable.
In accordance with Government guidance as of Thursday 27th January 2022, face coverings are no longer a legal requirement in the public areas of our hotel for staff or guests. This is now a personal choice, and we support our guests and staff who choose to wear, or not to wear, a face covering.
We directly employ all our housekeeping team, helping us to ensure that they are delivering the necessary levels of hygiene and cleanliness. All cleaning and disinfecting in your room is done using industrially recognised chemicals from Zenith (leading cleaning & hygiene product suppliers for both hospitality and healthcare) and we are paying special attention to door handles, TV remote controls and other key contact points throughout your bedroom.
The Bar and Restaurant
Some social distancing measures will remain in place in public areas, where possible.
We have reduced the number of tables in the restaurant, lounge and bar and carefully control our bookings to allow for the comfort of diners.
Hand sanitising stations are at the entrance and throughout the pub and service areas.
We will continue to offer you the warmest welcome and are delighted to see you. We ask that all our guests comply with our efforts and measures to prevent both transmission and onward contamination of the COVID-19 virus.
